GoogleI dealt with Olly who really helped us out as we were moving back home from Ireland. Nothing was too much for him and he made the whole thing a lot less stressful. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell or rent their house out :)

GoogleAbsolutely shocking service from Vista Abode. We purchased a property which we were told had all relevant building regulations and planning which was not true, it took 18 months to complete on the property. Vista Abode were also the letting agent for the tenants in the property, on multiple occasions they were meant to transfer the rental payments and didn't, we since have stopped using them as agents. Very poor attitude, poor communication and went out of their way to be difficult. I have written a formal complaint 2 months ago and still not had a response. Since speaking to the tenants in the properties, I have been made aware of multiple issues that Vista abode did not resolve. I am unsure how an agencies is aloud to deliver such a poor service without consequence, very sad for tenants.

GoogleI have had a great experience so far with Vista Abode estate agents! I moved in to one of their letting properties around 2 months ago and they have been extremely helpful so far. We had the odd issue with the properly since moving in and they have been very good at helping us sort it out. They have great communication and reply to their emails really quickly when needed, and all the staff have been very friendly. I would highly recommend this estate agents :)

GoogleI've been with Vistaabode for more years than I can remember using them as my agent. Over this time, a relationship has built up of trust, and I would recommend them if anyone is looking for an estate agent. In particular, Shirley, the manager, is consistent with looking after my concerns and giving advise and extremely supportive. Oli who joined the company a while ago is always happy to help in any way. I will continue to use them as I couldn't be happier. Jan

GoogleI had a tenancy through Vista Abode for a number of years before we just bought our first home and never had any problems. Staff were always very helpful, friendly and professional (thank you for all your help Shirley) if we ever needed to report anything.

GoogleVista Abode and their team managed both the rental of my property for a few years, and the sale of my property this year. I can’t recommend this company and their team highly enough. I only ever experienced professional staff on both sales and letting, who always got back to me quickly. Who supported and solved problems and issues with the property efficiently. The team always went above and beyond in the service that they offered, and were always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend anyone selling or renting out their property to use this company. And I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. They took pretty much all the stress out of the experience of being a landlord and a seller.

I would like to say how professional they were in every aspect, very clear on cost for sale, excellent photographs taken of my property, was marketed really well, i achieved a pretty quick sale considering market issues and every bit was dealt with in an extremely professional way. Emma alongside Kerry, Shirley and Tori are all extremely competent and professional in everything they do. I achieved the sale i wanted and was helped every step of the way by a very professional team. I would highly recommend placing my property for sale with their team

The communication as a landlady and a seller has been second to none. When scary things raised their head - the team supported and assisted in every way possible. Emma, who was involved with the sale of the property went above and beyond to help us throughout the process and liased so effectively with all parties involved. She made a stressful process very manageable. We would definately recommend this estate agent.

GoogleWomen on the phone for rentals was disrespectful and rude. As a first time customer I will never use this company again or recommend. Customer service is disgusted, under equality and diversity you should offer everyone a viewing regardless if agent assumes landlord would prefer someone else. I felt like she just wanted to home.
