I originally used purple bricks and had multiple instances of poor customer service that ultimately delayed the sale of my property, as a result I turned to Hewitt Adams and they had a buyer for me within 2 weeks. Can’t fault the professionalism, communication and efficiency of this agency, and particularly Grace who was always one step ahead of me with chasing for updates and moving things along smoothly. They were extremely accommodating of the fact that I do not live in the area to help with access to the property and would honestly recommend them to anyone!

I recently bought a bungalow through Hewitt Adams. Grace was the agent handling the sale. She was an absolute star throughout what was at times a very stressful process. At all times, she was quick to respond to requests, gave helpful advice and kept me informed. I also have had lot of contact with Kirsty as I've been viewing property on behalf of my brother who lives in Yorkshire. Kirsty is, a very professional, helpful estate agent who has resolved issues quickly and effectively. Once we had decided to put our property on the sales market, we had meetings with the local estate agent companies. When we first met Kristy and she viewed the property we were instantly sold. Kirsty was extremely knowledgeable and provided excellent advice, we felt very assured. Enter the Truss debacle that crashed every hope of a quick sale. However between Kirsty and Grace they maintained focus and continued showing many clients the property, we had offers but they were now caught in the economic slump and souring interest rates. Grace and Kirsty kept both of us positive and then found a couple who were in a great position to purchase. Grace managed and handled the sale process expertly. We cannot praise, Grace, Kirsty and Hewitt Adams enough for their help, assistance and professionalism. An excellent team, whose efforts have been much appreciated. We would highly recommend them anyone thinking of selling or buying.
