I had a very positive experience with REA Eoin Dillon during the recent purchase of a property, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, everyone I dealt with at the office was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful and efficient. In particular, I want to thank Josephine Nolan, who went above and beyond throughout the entire process. I needed to visit the property on multiple occasions for various reasons, and Josephine always made sure to accommodate me, no matter how short the notice or how many times I called! Her patience, kindness, and exceptional support made the whole experience so much easier and more pleasant. The whole team at REA Eoin Dillon demonstrated real integrity and care, and I’m extremely grateful for their help. A top-class service all round. I’d also like to express my sincere appreciation for Eoin Dillon, whose expert professional guidance was invaluable, especially when it came to navigating some complex valuation matters. Eoin’s deep understanding of the local market, his sound judgement, and his clear, practical advice gave me great confidence and helped ensure that all aspects of my sale were dealt with efficiently.

Josie is an absolute rockstar seeing us through the purchase of our first home from viewing to getting the keys. She kept us updated every step of the way, answered all our (many!) questions with a smile, and fought for us behind the scenes. Saran is most responsive and always ready with the information we needed. We highly recommend the Eoin Dillon Agency to anyone looking for a reliable and personable team to guide them through their property journey. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Julia & Ollie

We recently had the pleasure of dealing with REA Eoin Dillon and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing service we received. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to assist us. They were always on the ball, keeping in constant contact and ensuring we were updated every step of the way. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and highly organised. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they truly made us feel supported throughout the entire process. As a family of four with less than a month to secure a rental, we were under a lot of pressure, but they turned what could have been an extremely stressful journey into a much more manageable and positive experience. We are so thankful to the whole team for going out of their way to help us. We would highly recommend REA Eoin Dillon to anyone looking for a reliable and caring estate agency. Thank you again to this fantastic team!

It’s fair to say the team at Eoin Dillon went above and beyond. I had a particular situation that wasn’t the easiest to work with, but you’d never know with how well it went with Josie and everyone else. They managed to help me feel just fine throughout the entire process, which is quite the feat with such a large, complicated purchase. I’d be happy to work with them again anytime.

I was buying a house from this agent and through no fault on their side but my estate agent not being able to sell my house for market value which lost me my dream house, I have only good words, especially for Josie and Sarah who were very patient and understanding with me. Would have been great if they had an office up country so they could have sold mine. Thank you both so very much.

A Top Class professional service, which we are very happy to recommend! We contacted REA Eoin Dillon about six months before we put our house on the market. Eoin came out and gave us very practical advice on preparing our house for sale and the mechanics of selling to achieve the optimum return. When we decided to sell, again Eoin and a member of the team came out to guide us through the process and arranged for a professional photographer to take high quality images of the property for the website and sales brochure. When the property went on the market the viewings were scheduled very effectively and without issue. The negotiations to final sale were carried out with ourselves as the vendors being kept in the loop. The whole process was efficient, professional, and carried out to the highest of standards. We would have no hesitation in recommending Eoin Dillon and his team as excellent Estate Agents after our experience with them, Many Thanks.
