GoogleAvoid like the plague, not sure what the agenda is to try and sell properties way below their true market value. This company gives estate agents a bad name. Had plenty of viewings had a feeling offers were being withheld and was encouraged to accept lower offer from their investor mates. Poor service would not recommend.

My property was valued at £60,000 - £65,000 by Nigel.
I did my own research and took note of other Estate Agents and put it up for £80,000 and got full asking price.
