GoogleUnfortunately we had a bad experience renting a flat with them. Key issues were that the flat was very mouldy despite having the windows open all day and all night. When we first moved in we thought this was due to the extractor fan that didn’t work and this did eventually get fixed after months but the mould kept coming back.
We kept cleaning the mould from the bedroom, living room and bathroom but kept coming back. We are now being charged for the mould.
Also being charged for decorating the flat which we haven’t made any worse and always kept the flat clean.
Lastly, we are being charged for limescale in the toilet which we were constantly scrubbing and was there before our tenancy.
This is a shame as we did notify of the mould issue regularly to try get this resolved due to health issues it can cause. We also bought a dehumidifier as an attempt to reduce the mould.
