I kicked off my home search in September 2023. Due to the demand with low supply it was a sellers market, I found most local estate agents very unhelpful, either uninformed about the property or not bothered to help when I had questions. No matter the supply issue for me an agent should do their utmost to get the best deal for the seller. However that changed when I met Jane and Lynn. The ladies were available and happy to answer concerns. They regularly demonstrated their expertise and knowledge in the most approachable ways. Once I was able to secure the house and went sale agreed in Oct 2023, still Lynn was at the end of the phone to reassure me. Should I ever sell T&J Gavigan will be agents I appoint. I always recommend they be the first agency to check when searching for a home.

I chose Lynn from Gavigans to sell my house and I couldn’t have been happier with my choice. She made a potentially stressful process stress free!! She is professional and intuitive, with a great ability to read the room. Under Lynn’s guidance I felt we got the best possible outcome in selling our home. Highly recommend Gavigans & team. With many thanks….Lynda

Can’t recommend Lynn and the team at T & J Gavigan enough. We purchased a property in 2021from them and liked them so much we got them to sell our own property. Everything was fully transparent and handled professionally from start to finish on both. Highly recommend if you are looking for a reliable and friendly real estate service.

I recently used Gavigan auctioneers for a commercial sale. I have to mention Lynn in the Navan office and of course Jane for their professionalism and patience throughout a very slow and long sale process, I would highly recommend them for any commercial or private sales!

From my first contact with Jane, I found her to be experienced and exceptionally knowledgeable about the local area. She made the process simple and easy to understand. Jane remained focused and committed from initial viewings to final closing details. She was always available for advice and assistance answering questions without delay. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
