GoogleAs many of you may have found out the hard way buying and selling a home is not what it used to be, the market is competitive and with increased focus on legalities and such it can be a very strenuous and stressful time. Throughout all of this we had the added pressure of finding our dream home that was being sold with luxury welsh homes. We viewed it and we felt in love and with out property on the market the pressure was really on to sell. Right from the moment we viewed we felt that Michelle and Dan were truly in our corner and when our property wasn't selling with another agent we entrusted them with getting it sold to secure our dream property. We are sorry that you are upset and felt the need to leave a review here.
As you know when you made an offer on a house we were marketing last year, your offer was eventually (after several rounds of negotiation) accepted subject to you selling your own home. This was because without selling your own home you were unable to complete the proposed purchase. At this time it was explained to you that the property would remain fully on the market and would continue to be available for others until such time you agreed a sale on your property.
We later received interest from several other potential buyers and subsequently received a higher offer from someone who was able to proceed immediately. At this point you were advised of the interest and offer and although you had still not agreed a sale on your own home you were given the opportunity to revise your offer.
As your position had not changed and you declined the option to negotiate further our client opted to proceed with a buyer in a stronger position who had made a higher.
We do understand that this will have been frustrating for you and we wish you the best of luck with your search and the sale of your own home.
