GoogleWe could not have asked for more, We found a house out of the blue we loved and put an offer in on, the next problem was selling ours. We need not have worried, everyone at Reeds Rains Nantwich worked very hard. Ours was on the market with pictures 3 days later and sold in under 3 weeks. We were kept updated every step of the way. Bought, sold, exchanged, completed and moved in under 12 weeks. Thank you. NS.

GoogleWe all know that Estate Agents get pretty bad press and sometimes that might be deserved but believe me when I tell you that Reeds Rains in Nantwich can kick that bad reputation right out of the window! From the moment that we met John Poulson, Director, we knew that we were in safe hands from the professional introductory meeting to the quality of details online. Our day to day dealings have been with Georgina Poulson, Director, and her team and without them we would have been lost. We had genuine prospective buyers looking at our house, we got regular and constructive feedback and when we had an offer on the property, Georgina and team carefully managed our expectations all the way through to the end. Thank you so much to Reeds Rains in Nantwich, you have been incredible!

GoogleI purchased my home through Reeds Rains. They were highly professional and supportive throughout the whole process which was not without its hurdles and delays. Stefan provided regular friendly updates. In the run up to the move Lottie and Matt were stars, helping with a final viewing and sourcing local contractors. Whether buying or selling, I would recommend this proactive local company.

Throughout, our sale was managed by Stefan, who really went above and beyond. Our sale wasn’t perfect/easy but Stefan made sure everyone was joined up and connected Thank you to the whole team for everything Would definitely recommend this branch to family and friends

GoogleI have been a customer with Reeds Rains for 4 years, firstly letting our family home, when we worked abroad and then more recently selling our house through them. Both sides of the business as letting agents and as estate agents are very good. The staff (honorable mention to Stefan,Lottie, Maddie and Ed) are all friendly and approachable , sorting out any problems efficiently and being particularly helpful with viewings and ensuring the property was secure when empty. I would strongly recommend Reeds Rains.

GoogleWe checked out a number of local Estate Agencies before deciding on ReedsRains - all were good but we eventually decided on John and the team and have not regretted it. We mainly dealt with Stefan who was always speedy to respond and helpful, but all of the team were excellent.

GoogleWe were extremely happy with the team at Reeds Rains who sold our house for us. John who valued the house initially was clearly knowledgeable and experienced, but also honest and not pushy. He listened to what we had to say as we had recent negative experience of selling a house previously, and he gave us helpful advice about decluttering and presenting the house in it's best light. The team always telephoned us prior to booking viewings and booked in about 11 viewings over 3-4 weeks, before finding a buyer. During this time they were always available to answer the phone and discuss any worries we had regarding whether to reduce the price & other matters. We ended up having a protracted and turbulent waiting period, due to our buyers' sale falling through, and Reeds Rains worked tirelessly chasing everyone in the chain to get the sale through. They were much better at this than other local Estate Agents who were never available.

GoogleI dealt with Reeds Rains on and off for the 2 years it took for me to find a property and found them to be very helpful, professional and customer focused. During the time I was looking for a property I experienced what it was like to deal with internet "estate agents" whose service was not good and who were hell bent on selling you other services. After that experience I never bothered with prospective properties that were being sold through internet agents; give me a proper estate agent any day!

GoogleDuring what could probably only be described as the busiest time for estate agents we were overly impressed with the efficiency and concise communication Reeds Rains supplied. The team were great however, special mention and recognition for Stefan. He kept all parties informed along the way and was very empathetic towards the situation. We would highly recommend and would certainly use again in the future.

GoogleAwful!!!!! These are pirates with ridiculous fees added on for every excuse they can think of! £210 admin fees, £120 every 6 months to renew your contract, £120 admin fees for EACH guarantor, £60 to pay for them to check the property is acceptable when you leave.... etc etc. Avoid these like the plague if at all possible.
