TrustpilotTerrible solicitors
Terrible solicitors - do not use this company for anything important - they lost me a lot of money and then washed their hands of the case and left me to live with the consequences, horrible company

TrustpilotR&R Urquhart, very mediocre provincial solicitors
R&R Urquhart are very mediocre provincial solicitors who only survive because of misguided people who hold on to erroneous ideas about their capability and pay much more than is fair for their services - though if you want a dodgy deal done, they'll do you proud!

FacebookAbsolutely disgusted by the telephone conversation earlier with a member of the team. It really left me upset and angry. Enquired recently about arranging a viewing of a property myself and partner were interested in and felt it ticked all the boxes on our check list. I was turned away because my current property isn’t on the market just yet. My personal opinion is to view a property first to decide if you like it or not, put a note of interest in and the get your home on the market. I honestly felt like she had implied I was being a time waster. She also told my partner the same thing once he had spoke to her after myself but said it was their companies policy and also the vendor didn’t want any cash/ ready buyers ... really disappointed and upset

Hello Zoe, we are very sorry you had a disappointing experience. Generally, if the Sellers are happy to, we would permit viewings irrespective of the buyers place in the market. However , as I hope you can appreciate, we are living in unprecedented times during this Coronavirus pandemic . To safeguard all concerned and to limit footfall in people’s private homes, our policy at present is to only conduct viewings with parties who are in a position to offer on a property.
