We changed to Perry Bishop after being with another estate agent for 5 months and not having any viewings for 3 months. We straight away had more viewings once we were with Perry Bishop and Mandy was amazing in finding us the perfect buyer for our house. Not only that, Shirley then found us our dream home, we honestly believe if we hadn't changed to Perry Bishop when we did , we would have struggled to sell our house and would have missed out on our dream property. Too many people are too quick to comment on bad service, so here's an honest 5*+ review. From the start when Shirley came out to value the property, her positive manner, guidance and advice was second to none. The smooth process of advertising, and selling the property using Perry Bishop was an exceptional service. Karen and the other lovely office team members, were great at keeping me updated on viewings, and feedback. Following the accepted offer I was then looked after by the excellent Progressions Team, in the safe hands of a very knowledgeable Emma. There were not many days when Emma was not updating me, and their online schedule of progress was a great help, in addition to actually being able to talk to a person. All in all a fantastic service, and a smooth quick completion of sale. Thanks guys, a job well done !

The Perry Bishop team in Nailsworth were amazing in helping us sell my mum’s house for her. Their level of communication was brilliant from the start and we never felt out of the loop. The feedback cards left after each viewing were especially appreciated, as were the regular phone catch-ups. Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

Throughout the purchase of a property that Perry Bishop were selling on behalf of our sellers, they were very professional, prompt and knowledgable. Perry Bishop and in particular Lynn Pimm (Sales Progression Team) offered better guidance, tenacity and wherewithal than our own Estate Agent (Naylor Powell). We had a rude and difficult buyer who clearly could not afford our property, who spent 3 months trying to get a mortgage, lied, tried to bribe us financially, did not apologise and acted in such a way as to jeopardise the purchase of the property we were buying (unduly overly supported at our expense by Naylor Powell) via Perry Bishop. Lynn kept us informed at all times, chased our estate agent and despite acting on behalf of the seller, showed compassion and professionalism throughout a very difficult time. From the moment we made the viewing appointment for the house we now live in, Perry Bishop acted professionally, ensuring we had a Mortgage Agreement in Principle in place when offering and ensured all parties were actively engaged in the process. Despite not using Perry Bishop to sell our property (a decision we regret - do not use Naylor Powell) I can highly recommend using them when selling/buying a property.
