GoogleHighly recommend Property Partners Mcdonnell. I purchased a property through Property Partners McDonnell in Autumn 2020 and found the whole process to run smoothly and hassle-free. Denise was fantastic in facilitating viewings and surveys despite the covid-restrictions at the time. She was very straight-forward and kept the lines of communication between all parties open and fast. I distinctly remember Denise making several phonecalls from her personal mobile running up to a bank-holiday weekend which greatly helped us move into our new home on time for Christmas and before another lockdown! They were very professional and friendly in all their dealings and Denise definitely went the extra mile in any way she could.
Thank you Sivapriya, appreciate your lovely review. Hope you've settled in well to your new home!

GoogleHad the displeasure of dealing with David from this company. For mortgage requirements(extension) i needed a valuation before works carried out and then a final valuation when works were complete. With the bank i was given a shortlist of who they used for valuations and he was local. As bad as the first encounter was (mistake on amount of bedrooms) the final was carried out and he didn't upload the information to the bank despite been paid. The man has more excuses than answers despite me making it clear on the visit. Two weeks later after i kept ringing him he finally does it (his word) awaiting on broker to confirm. Would stay away from this man at all costs because he really was useless. Would have given zero stars if possible
We sincerely regret your disappointing experience, John. Your feedback is crucial to us, and we take it seriously. There were several factors, beyond our control, which contributed to any delay experienced and these were relayed to you. These required specific clarification and approval with your lender. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you all the best in the future.

The staff at Property partners gallivan have been so great while we search for our forever home. The market is really tough at the moment and it's very helpful receiving email updates whenever a suitable house comes on the market. Tadgh has been so informative and honest at the viewings we have been to. The girls in the office are brilliant, really organised and so helpful!
