We bought our family home from Emmett in Dec 2025 - we couldn’t speak highly enough about Emmett and how smooth he made the process! Emmett was polite, calm, a great communicator and very accommodating to our many requests! We had a very tight timeline to get the sale complete and Emmett was essential in making this happen and ensured we got the keys before Xmas. We also had a number of complications arise during the process and Emmett was great in keeping us updated, advising on next steps and generally just a great guy to work with. We have worked with all the local inishowen estate agents and hands down Buchanans is the market leader - no pressure sales tactics, no nonsense. A very professional experience from the first viewing of the house to handing over the keys after working hours to suit our schedule. Thank you Emmett and if we ever need an estate agent in future, Buchanans is the only place we would use!

I wish to say a big THANK YOU to Emmett and cannot sing his praises highly enough. My beloved brother passed away and I had to sell his house. It was a very difficult time for me. The best thing that happened was when Emmett walked through the front door. He said he offers an individual and personal service and he most certainly does that. He was always at the end of the phone with advice updates and answers to any queries. Nothing was too much trouble for him at any time. From the outset I was very impressed by his professionalism knowledge good advice and honesty. His is a gentleman of the highest integrity. He sold the house so quickly due to his extensive local knowledge of the market. We experienced a long delay in completion due to legal complications on my part but Emmett was totally supportive, patient and kind. No pressure at all. Just what I needed at that particular time.
