FacebookSimply put Michelle Burke is a Total Rockstar! We were buying a house from Michelle and were impressed with her open and honest approach so we asked her to sell our house too. She had achieved sale agreed, (for well over the asking price) in about 4 days and then - miraculously - kept the whole chain on track through an unprecedented global pandemic! That's seriously impressive. She went above and beyond to help us through every step of the process and we were so grateful to have her expertise and friendly professionalism on our team. Thank you again Michelle. Katie, Rob and Max.

GoogleWhen I decided to put my house on the market I was daunted by the enormity of the process and all the horror stories you hear. I was disheartened by the estimates I was getting, from other auctioneers. I was recommended to call Michelle, that she may be able to help. She is very upfront and will give you honest and really helpful feedback on how she will work with you. I was impressed but I wanted to see the results. I got the house "show ready" with great advice from Michelle. She took amazing photos and immediately my house was ready for selling. She made it that easy. The result were astonishing really. Not only did I get the price I wanted but it was agreed in less than a week!!!! The best thing about working with Michelle is she is always there. She wants your business but unlike many other auctioneer's, she is ready to work hard for it. I would highly recommend Michelle Burke Auctioneers. True professional with a personal touch.
