Fantastic service from Omar and the team We cannot recommend Omar and the estate agency highly enough. Selling our late aunt’s house was an understandably emotional and complicated process, but Omar guided us through everything with professionalism, patience and genuine care. From the initial valuation right through to exchange and completion, Omar was always approachable, responsive and kept us fully informed. He handled everything incredibly efficiently and gave us complete confidence that the sale was in safe hands. What really stood out was his personal approach. He understood that this wasn’t simply a property sale for us, and his professionalism and sensitivity throughout made a difficult process so much easier. A huge thank you to Omar and the whole team for doing such a fantastic job. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property. In the time running up to me placing my property on the market and after the sale, I was consistently impressed by Omar’s reliability, professionalism, and conscientiousness.  Nothing was too much bother for him.  On a daily basis he updated me with the progress of the sale. His guidance and support were invaluable to me.  He was never too busy to answer my questions - no matter how small.  Placing my property on the market was an incredibly difficult thing for me to do, but he gave me the confidence to follow it through. Not only is Omar a thoroughly likeable person, but he is also extremely kind, patient and honest.  I have nothing but praise for him, he went above and beyond to help me sell my property. I purchased a property in Hardingstone and Omar was the agent who did the viewing. From the first day of Meeting him I was really impressed with his friendly, calming personality and what I really liked was he was not like a typical “pushy” estate agent. His calmer approach was very much to my liking and my daughter and I both felt immediately he was really good. Luckily for me, within 5 mins of the viewing I knew I wanted this house, so my communication with Omar continued within that first few moments, the way through to the day of completion. I really appreciated was his calming nature at the point where things in our chain were causing delays (due to a new build further down the chain) Omar took the time to explain processes and reassure me when I was starting to become stressed out with the chain situation. He took his time to explain things, dealt with issues as they came up, and reassured me throughout the entire process. He made the house purchase process go as smoothly as possible, even at times where there were delays. He made me feel assured and confident in the whole purchase process. Thank you Omar, and lovely to see how passionate he is about properties in the village of Hardingstone.

I had Jon & Co to sell my new build flat in Upton. I had oriorden bond and metropolitan sell my flat first and they did a terrible job. They lost my buyers, and where never organised or active in my sale. I then got jon & co and I always felt listened too and my sale always felt that it was taken very seriously unlike the others. I dealt with Omar and he was excellent 👌 and I was always informed of anything, and if I couldn’t get hold of him he would always contact me back. If I ever had to sell again, they will be my first call 👌. 10/10 ⭐️

Jon and Jeremy were both brilliant in the sale and purchase process. They were so efficient and friendly and were easily contactable when we had questions. We had viewings straight away as soon as the house went on the market and got offers quickly as well. I know there are houses with other estate agents that have been on the market with no interest for months and months, so this is a testament to Jon and Jeremy’s hard work and business plan. Everything was done with care and thought, even down to the photos that were taken of the house. We were kept up to date with how everything was going consistently. Jon and Co are the only estate agents I use. They have sold several of my properties and I have purchased from them too. I initially met Jon while viewing a property in Moulton for my portfolio. He was fantastic. Objective, realistic, down to earth. He didn’t exaggerate or fabricate- he sold the property with charm but without nonsense. I put an offer in that day.
