Nilpa has been absolutely brilliant throughout our property search. She’s so personable and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about every property we’ve viewed with her, it really shows how well-prepared she is each time. We’re a little bit fussy and know what we like, and even when a house hasn’t been quite right for us, Nilpa has gone above and beyond to understand what we’re looking for and suggest other options that fit. She genuinely puts the effort in and you never feel like just another viewing in her diary. During viewings she takes her time, shows us around properly, answers every question, and never rushes us, which has made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. We’ve felt really comfortable with her from the start, and honestly she’s the best estate agent we’ve come across so far. Thank you Nilpa!

It has taken 4 months to complete.About the team James Fleming is exceptional and kept us informed throughout. He was better than our solicitor! Ellie who sold our house was great. We had our viewing with Jay, who from the start provided excellent customer service by making an exception to fit us in that little bit earlier in order to view! And thank goodness he did. After having a few other viewings that day with other estate agents it was obvious to us this was the property we wanted. Jay was very knowledgeable about the property and the process and advised how we should go about making the offer. Our offer was accepted and progressed quickly!
