After two years on the market with our property, with little interest, no real momentum and very little support from the estate agents we were using at the time, we decided to put our trust in Matthew at EweMove to sell our 5 bedroom unique property, and we are so glad we did! From day one, Matthew demonstrated excellent market knowledge and guided us through every step of the process. He was always extremely responsive, he responded to us immediately or within a few hours, and was even happy to join group phone calls when we had questions or he was providing updates. The difference for us was immediate. He had viewings starting within a few days and we also received a number of offers. The sale itself happened very quickly. Matthew remained incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the process right through to completion. His sales progresser who was communicating with both us and the sellers kept everyone up to date regularly making it a comfortable process for everyone. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone looking to sell their property. He has a great client book, is excellent at building relationships, and, importantly, genuinely understands both his buyers and sellers. As first-time buyers, the whole process of purchasing a home felt quite daunting, especially after listening to a few horror stories, but Steph made everything so much easier from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, and always happy to answer our questions, no matter how small or silly (which there were many of as we hadn’t a clue what we were doing!). Steph’s communication was excellent throughout the process, keeping us updated at every stage and helping us understand what was happening and would always response efficiently no matter the time of day, even when she was busy making tea she’d be answering our calls! We always felt supported and reassured, which made a huge difference during what can be a stressful time. I recently purchased a property through EweMove and would like to thank Wendy and the team for all their help. As I was travelling over 4 hours to view a property, Wendy was incredibly accommodating in helping arrange a viewing around my circumstances. What might have been a simple appointment for a local buyer took a bit more coordination for me, and I really appreciated the effort made to help. From that first viewing through to completion, everyone was friendly, genuine and helpful. Communication was always prompt, and throughout the process I felt that Wendy and the team genuinely wanted to help. Ewe move were fantastic in helping a pair of first time buyers like ourselves to purchase our first home. Initially we enquired about a property but unfortunately had just had an offer accepted, however they recommended an upcoming property and we booked in a viewing. From the first viewing the staff were personable and friendly helping answer any questions we had. We offered on the house and got accepted, from there Steph was essential through the process, setting up a WhatsApp and being there to answer any questions. Alex quite literally found me my dream home. After I lost the first one he showed me (also lovely) he was so kind. He had a really good instinct for the kind of house I wanted, none of this offering houses I would never be interested in like so many other agencies. I can’t applaud Matthew’s communication enough, I spotted the property on the Saturday morning, reached out and arranged to view after work Monday evening, Matthew was warm without being too involved. He met me and my daughter at the property and showed us round, the owners had left us to it and Matthew allowed us to explore the property, he was on hand for any questions I had. Matthew called the next morning for our feedback, I asked on how I could make an offer, his advise was just what I needed to hear and put forward my opening offer, a couple of offers were submitted on my behalf and by early afternoon we had an agreement. Matthew said leave it to me I’ll be back in touch in a few days, true to his word he reached out to me with the next steps etc etc. I was that impressed by how reassuring and trustworthy Matthew was I asked him to sell my property. He came to visit me at our then home, we had an honest discussion and he gave me a sensible valuation on the spot which is what I wanted. There was no pressure whatsoever, he said if we put yours on at that price, expecting a potential purchaser to offer a reasonable price then I think it will sell quickly. We had 3 people come to visit, within 2 weeks of my home being on the market it sold. We have been in our new property for about a month now, just finishing off the final bits of selling my old home but Matthew still reaches out to me to keep me informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Matthew or his company to anyone, very professional on all our dealings, his team are also lovely, professional and easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 on all parts from start to finish.
