GoogleWe have just successfully purchased our property through Ann and Rob at Turners Morden. They also pointed us in the direction of a good local Solicitor in Morden called Crown Law. The whole process was quite quick and myself and my partner thank them for all of their assistance through the process.

GoogleI have bought, sold & rented properties through Robert & his team over the course of 15 years whilst developing a property portfolio. It has been a great opportunity to work closely with a very friendly, approachable & knowledgeable company who take great pride in their family run business. I find they have established themselves within the community not only as an estate agent but as highly experienced individuals who have a very personal approach & interest at every stage of a transaction. I have not found an estate agent as dedicated & as consistent as Turners. They certainly go the extra mile which is very much appreciated & what makes them stand out. I look forward to hopefully doing business with them again in the future.

GoogleIncapable, unprofessional and lazy amateurs. Continuously neglecting issues with a rented property. If you have no choice but to use Turners, I would recommend you ask for Nicola. Not the brightest employee they have to offer, however her bland demeanour makes it all the more bearable being robbed blind.

Dear Dan, I am sorry to hear you are not happy with the service. We can only apologise to any customer who feels we have not met our usual high standards. However, we do not actually have anyone in your name registered with us either as a Tenant or Landlord and so we can only surmise you are using a user name. As such it is difficult for us to comment - and we generally do not do so online anyhow. Instead, we ask people to call or write in to myself, as the owner and I am more than happy to look into matters further as all feedback good or bad is always valued. One thing we do not accept however is personal comments about staff casting aspersions on their characteristics; I am sure you would not appreciate anyone commenting upon your personality online.
