GoogleStay away, cowboy operation. Deeply unprofessional whilst working with them for 3 years. Could never turn up for viewings on time to re-let the property. Lied several times when enquiring about basic contractual things. You can receive far better service elsewhere. Really couldn't care less when you speak to them either. Beware

GoogleThe whole team have done really well, Sharmila, Bradley, Kevin, Deborah and one or two others that I know I've omitted (apologies). I've refurbished a BTL and they have ensured that I have a tenant, that I think are happy in their new abode within days of me finishing the work. They've all done a great job, much appreciated.

GoogleTony and Jack in the Goodfellows Morden office sold our late parent’s property in Raynes Park, our family home for over 50 years! They showed compassion, patience and understanding throughout which was key to us as a family at such a difficult and emotional time. Jack conducted viewings during these covid times in a safe and respectful manner and made the selling process a lot less stressful for us. He found great buyers and the whole sales process ran smoothly. Tony and Jack's knowledge, experience and personable approach has been invaluable and I would highly recommend them to others selling in Morden and beyond.

GoogleTHE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! My daughter and friends rented through this agency and there has been grief every step of the way. Bradley lies. He gave them a moving in date but kept putting off issuing the contract saying he had so many other more contracts to issue first but not to worry but because they would definitely move in on the set date. They all gave notice at their current accommodation and then Bradley changed the date at the last minute. Bradley stated in an email what would be in the house and is now trying to disown that. When they moved in the agency couldn't provide them with the appropriate codes. This company is an absolute joke. DO NOT TRUST THEM

GoogleMy flat was advertised by three estate agents. Goodfellows moved very fast and appointments were setup for more than 6 potential tenants in just two days. The viewing was carried out very professionally. After the selection of a suitable tenant the process of verification and references was completed smoothly and the tenants moved in well within the allocated time. I recommend Goodfellows for their professional and outstanding services.
