Terrible letting agents!Had nothing but issues with them during our 9 year tenancy. Very poor at carrying out repairs - as an example, we waited 3 years for a shower cubicle to be repaired. I will not use this company ever again!

Really unhelpful staff members who make it very difficult to arrange house viewings. I am put off viewing houses on the market with them because of how awkward they are. They do not seem bothered about customer service or making a good impression.
