Manning Stainton manage our property very well. They do an annual check of the property & send a detailed copy of the findings. They also keep us informed about any new checks required and make sure the legally required checks are carried out. Our contact there lets us know straight away if anything needs doing immediately.

From start to finish, we couldn't be happier with Manning Stainton. Our initial valuation was with Ben, who was incredibly professional and gave us all the information we needed. His valuation was spot on, and within two weeks of going to market we had offers at and around asking price.On acceptance of an offer, our move managers, Gemma and Rochelle couldn't have done more. They managed both our sale and our ongoing purchase, and were in excellent in chasing up various solicitors and gave us weekly updates as to the progress of the chain. They certainly worked very hard and were worth every penny. Apologies to them for any aneurysms our chain gave them!Certainly would use them again. Roundly excellent.
