My children left home so I dicieded to down size but didn’t know where to start. I spoke to many different estate agents and settled with manning stainton. Charlotte Murrie was put In charge of handling the sale of my house. Nothing was to much trouble absolutely anything I didn’t understand Charlotte reassured me every step of the way keeping me positive and calm. Even down to seeing me face to face going through the paper work. I am hoping this is my forever home but if I was to move again I would want to work with Charlotte again and will 100% recommend her services to friends and family Thank you so very much Charlotte I could not have done this with out your support

We have been tenants for the past 3 years and I have to say Louis Craggs has been amazing. Even though we have not had many issues when these do arise he is quick to respond and solve the issues. I heard he is now going travelling and I hope he has the best time!

The team at Manning Stainton (Becky et al) were effective and efficient in securing a sale and processing it. Our move manager (Phoebe) kept us in touch with developments once we had a buyer. I never needed to nag or prompt. These things take time but MS reduced delays where possible. I would use them again.

I was glad I purchased my first home through Manning Stainton Horsforth, from the first viewing to collecting my keys everything went brilliantly. Lesley at head office was wonderful in assisting with the purchase from start to finish. The whole team I dealt with at Horsforth were a pleasure, I also loved the gift when I collected the keys which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend!

One of the worst services that an agency can deliver. There is no utter sense of ownership and honesty. The team conveniently plays the blame game on the cost of tenants discomfort and uneasiness. You can't expect even an ounce of compassion despite you pay the rent in full. Non - recommended to anyone and if you must, it is on you.
