Thank you Chloe and Victoria! Chloe came round a few years ago to value our house but we decided we weren’t quite ready. She added no pressure at all this is why we decided to market with her. The sales team in Monmouth did an absolutely superb job managing the sales process from start to finish. On first evaluating the property their enthusiasm for the house was fantastic, and they were spot on with immediately identifying all the features and benefits that might appeal to different types of buyers. They produced a beautiful top-quality brochure, and made sure all of the negotiators visited the house and were fully briefed on what it had to offer. They brought the right types of buyers to view our unique property and their sales strategy meant the house attracted several interested potential buyers and offers within a 3 week period. Communication and feedback throughout was excellent. Best offers by the viewing deadline ensured the best price was achieved. Deciding to sell through to completion took less than three months, and we are so happy that the new owners love the house as much as we did.

I recently purchased a flat in Monmouth. Alice, Kim and Chloe (the manager) were very good, especially Chloe in frequently chasing up the vendor whose solicitors were very slow and seemed clueless. It's a small office so there were times when everyone was out on property visits, but I had Chloe's mobile number so on the rare occasions I had to contact her more urgently, I was able to.

In my experience, the rental team are really unhelpful. I dealt with a lady called Jackie Crossman who gave us the wrong information about a rental property and was really unresponsive and unhelpful when we had queries. She didn't resolve them, and the rest of the rental team weren't particularly helpful either. It made me wonder why I was paying them a fee when I was the one having to chase things up. I wouldn't use their services again.
