TWICE failed to properly check into and vet prospective purchasers of our property. We are now marketing our house with a different agent due to Williams not adequately verifiying that purchasers were viable to move forward. Williams simply 'took their word for it' and carried out no checks on the information presented, which anyone could make up. As a result we had our time completely wasted. For it to happen once is unfortunate, but for it to happen twice demonstrates that this agent isn't carrying out good enough checks. There was also discrpeancies between what we were told and what actually happened - so I don't trust them as a result (and neither should you).

We received a very professional service from the whole team in Mold, starting with our initial enquiries by telephone, through to valuation and viewings. In our particular case we felt the staff went the extra mile, not least of all because we emigrated within days of the valuation! The team nevertheless kept us fully in the loop on all of the viewings, allowing us to remotely disarm the security system in advance. We received feedback after each viewing from Rory and Isabelle (and there were quite a few viewings, starting almost immediately after posting the ad, thanks to the nicely presented sales package they'd put together). With helpful guidance from Williams Estates Mold we accepted an offer a couple of weeks after putting the property on the market! In our case, the buyer's solicitor gave everyone involved much cause for concern (including the buyer herself) over the ensuing 5 months after we accepted the buyer's offer. This led to delays and ultimately much frustration for both buyer and seller. Throughout this frustrating process however, we received an exceptional amount of support from Zoe and Kerry, always available with a sympathetic ear, ready to coordinate and not shy when it came to dealing with the buyer's solicitor. We received good support from our own solicitor but I would have to say, if it weren't for the incredible efforts of Zoe and Kerry, I fear we'd still be sitting in limbo today, awaiting a completion date! Thanks to the team in Mold though, we completed last week and we're over the moon! In an age when genuine competence and accountability from a customer facing organization is such a rarity, the experience with Williams in Mold was a refreshing change and took us back to a different time, where service providers actually cared for the welfare of their customers, even throughout a lengthy transaction. On this basis alone, Williams in Mold are a stand-out organization, head and shoulders above pretty much any business we've encountered as recipients of such a service for many (many) years. We really had no cause to intervene in the service provided by Williams in Mold. They took on the responsibility from start to finish and they delivered. We place great weight on this and therefore have no hesitation in voting for Williams in Mold for the ESTAS. That they managed to secure the final offer on our property within two weeks of putting it on the market, and were the cheapest in the area too, is just the icing on the cake!
