viewed a house with Molyneuxs. A offer was accepted and the owner was very happy with us. Not long after i had to let the house go ( the ball hadn't got rolling yet as both us and the sellers were in no rush and they wanted to find a home). I was then back in the position to buy and myself and the sellers agreed to our previous offer. I was a cash buyer and they agreed it would be better for them that way. After 6 weeks in total and handing in my proof of id ect to get the ball rolling i then got a phone call to say for some very very odd reason Molyneuxs allowed somebody else to go and view the home and the owners have then accepted a new offer! I have rung many other estate agents to ask if that is a done thing and everywhere i have asked have said they would never allow somebody to view once a offer has been accepted. instead they take details down should something fall through! I was so upset i contacted the seller numerous times who then ignored me! ( i knew the seller personally). I even asked if they wanted more money for the house, but no. They wanted to accept the new offer. I then said i would match ir beat the new offer. No they wanted to stick with the new people. The estate agent Caroline who was dealing with it just said " it is down to the seller to say whether she will agree to anymore viewings ". Very disgusted with how the whole thing was dealt with and how this happened. Would NEVER reccomend this company.

Very poor customer service. My mail has been going to one of their properties up for sale, I have called in to the shop to ask if someone could call and check and in a 'matter if fact' way was told 'yes I have been busy I will try to get there next week'. Its been over 3 weeks now and i have lost a hospital appointment because of their lack of competence. Its only 10 minutes from shop to house and back by car.

Thank you for your comments. The mail you refer to was posted in error by the postman into the wrong property address. In order to assist you we retrieved your mail for you even though you were not one of our customers. As a customer of the post office perhaps you should raise this issue with them. I am sorry you have felt aggrieved with our firm when we did all we could to assist retrieval of the mail and didn't charge you for this service which was completely the responsibility of Royal Mail.

To say my house sale was a difficult process is putting it mildly. However the staff at molyneux have been incredibly supportive. Nothing was too much for them to assist me with. Communication was excellent at all times. They were determined to sell my house and they did!!!! I do not say it lightly but the staff were instrumental in this actually completing. Rebecca Owen along with a lady who has since left were with me through every hurdle. They went above and beyond makings progress where others failed. THANK YOU

We have just bought a bungalow via Molyneux's Mold office. Property buying by nature is often a stressful and a frustrating process - especially for people not accustomed to all that is involved, but we were guided through it all with ease by the Mold team, who were always so very friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring, helpful and always professional. Nothing ever was too much trouble to them. On completion day together with the handover of the keys, we were totally surprised at their kind gesture in presenting us with a small hamper of appropriate home-mover's goodies, which was really useful and touching thought. A huge thanks to this outstanding team! I have no hesitation whatsoever in giving them a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review!! 😊

They have a house got sale that we want to view. We rang and left a message asking for a viewing on Monday - no reply. Chased on Tuesday and was told the women who dealt with sales would ring us back in the afternoon. Never happened. We'll see if we hear anything on Wednesday!

Went to view a house and the estate agent turned up ten minutes late. Rushed us around then told us we had 4 minutes left because someone else was coming. Had a follow up phone call for feedback. I asked if it was feedback for the house or the person viewing it and they was very rude in there reply I wouldn’t use them to sell my house and i wontbe viewing a house with them again

Louise and Annie are the perfect combination of class, professionalism and friendliness. A true credit to the Molyneux brand / chain. Also praise deserved to Paige and Sari in their other nearby offices who worked tirelessly to find me a property that fitted my specific criteria... I would personally not look anywhere else until I had exhausted all opportunities with Molyneux! Perfect in every way!!! 👏👍😁

The previous review was perhaps a little harsh. I placed my property on the market and have no doubt that Molyneux were working hard to sell - judging by the number of viewings. They were happy to communicate using e-mail - which made it much easier for me to maintain contact.
