GoogleVery poor experience of what should have been a very positive one. Highly on the sellers side and repeatedly adding unnecessary pressure when there didn't need to be any.
Suggested a survey wasn't required as the propery was a 'Solid house'. Survey identified 10+ issues including a couple majors. Then wouldn't respect delays as a result of issues found from the survey!

Handover day was extremely disappointing.. 'Here's your keys, Alarm won't turn off, can't get through to vendor, you need to sort it yourself'.

Extremely unlikely to use when selling this or other property in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you feel your experience did not meet expectations, as we always strive to support all parties professionally, transparently, and fairly throughout every transaction.
With regard to the timeline of the sale, the process was extended due to last-minute surveys and other related matters. During this period, the vendor approached us on several occasions to return the property to the market and seek a new buyer. On each occasion, we strongly advised against this and worked to keep the sale progressing. For this reason, I feel it is unfair to suggest that we were acting solely in the seller’s interests.
In relation to your comments about our suggestion a survey wasn’t required, our colleague whom you were dealing with is a highly experienced and skilled member of our team with over 40 years of service in the company. At no point would we ever discourage a buyer from obtaining a survey, we consistently recommend that purchasers seek independent professional advice to ensure they are able to make fully informed decisions.
Regarding the key handover, our usual procedure is for purchasers to collect keys from our office. However, on this occasion, we personally delivered the keys to you at the property to make the process as convenient as possible. When you asked for the alarm code, our agent made every effort to obtain this information. She contacted the vendor, who unfortunately did not have the code as it was his late mother’s property. She then attempted to reach the previous tenant by phone and followed up by text message, but they were also unable to provide the details. We believe all reasonable avenues were explored, and it was certainly not a case of leaving you to resolve the matter yourself.
We take all feedback seriously and are always open to constructive discussion. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you again directly to address your concerns further. In the meantime, we wish you every happiness in your new home and future plans.

GooglePoor communication throughout the purchase process; untrustworthy (told us the house we bought was ready for a gas conversion - it is not); couldn't supply info we requested multiple times; didn't mention management fees required for the property. All in all, it was such a negative experience to the extent that I wouldn't go near another property this company was listing, and we'll certainly be going elsewhere when it comes our time to sell. If you see their for sale signs, treat them as red flags.
