Prior to Marchand Petit, my experience with estate agents had been persistently and overwhelmingly negative. I can safely say they have changed that opinion. We dealt with the Kingsbridge office initially but ultimately with the Modbury office for the property we eventually bought in Ivybridge. From start to finish they were professional, responsive and most importantly did everything with enthusiasm, which was sorely lacking from any of the other estate agents we viewed with in the area.
