The property we found in Devon was through Luscombe Maye and we were really impressed with the estate agent. We mainly dealt with the Branch Manager Elly Stevens who was so helpful throughout the process and always dealt with our queries promptly and efficiently. The other members of the agency were also friendly and professional with any assistance we needed. The sales process had its hiccups along the way but with Elly’s support she managed to get us over the line, and we were in our dream home for Christmas. Well done team Luscombe Maye in Modbury - excellent service!

We recently sold our home through the Luscombe Maye Modbury office and from start to finish Trudi was fantastic. She gave us great advice and support when we approached her to advertise the property and she did a great job of handling the huge amount of interest that the excellent advert generated and the ensuing many viewings. From this initial advert we secured a buyer in a matter of days, but when they pulled out unexpectedly, Trudi had another buyer lined up in no time with no disruption to our buying process. She kept in regular contact and always helped chase buyers solicitors at critical points.
