Everyone at House have gone above and beyond to support us with our sale and our purchase. They kept us updated with information at all times. They were very responsive with advice, calls and emails. Any question big or small they were there with an answer. The moving app Mio was very handy and I liked that all the information was on there and we could see what was going on throughout our chain. They are friendly and professional. We have nothing but good words to say about house estate agents and we highly recommend. Definitely the best on the island!! I want to pass on my heart-felt thanks to you all.

I could not recommended Andries and his team highly enough.I live in Australia and had a rental property on the island but unfortunately had a terrible property management company looking after it,to the point where the house was nearly repossessed (not House Estate may I add but don't want to shame the idiotic company) I was put in contact with Andries in early October,and from day one is was straight up with him telling him what I wanted,as in the sale of the house.We encountered many obstacles along the way but yesterday was the day when I got the good news that the house was sold and completed.I cannot thank Andries and his team enough,he is great to deal with and helped me out so much,as it's very hard being on the otherside of the world with nobody over there to help.On my next visit to the UK I'm definitely going to catch up with him and his team to show my thanks and gratitude

Couldn't recommend House enough! I'm not a first time buyer and have experience using other people and believe they put all estate agents to shame! Our buyers pulled out last minute which was very frustrating, this was at 1pm on a Tuesday... by 3pm, 2hrs later they had toured 2 more people and re-sold our house for more money! But this isn't really the reason I'd give them 5 stars, it's the fact that they honestly do provide a personal and professional service through out the whole process! My partner and I felt like, from start to finish, that they really did care and they made the whole experience as stress free as it possibly could!
