The perfect name actually CON-nells.I was happy till the day before move-in but since this agency is full of fraudsters; they lie and deceive you till you make any payments and once that is done with good faith then they start ignoring you because that's what con artists do.

Went to them to rent a house,booked a viewing. Got a call on viewing day that they had to rebook, i took another day off work for the viewing just to get another call saying that the landlord doesn't accept us because i get in work beneffits...this was meant to be disscussed after viewing not before and in my opinion Michelle has this house put asside for some of her friends. Totally unprofessional

Put in a offer with connells estate agents and basically forcing our hand to use there in house mortgage adviser or else they wouldn’t put forward our offer, we had all or correct documents and a mortgaging principle. Which I later found out was illegal! They basically told me I’m not interested in the house due to not using their in house mortgage adviser.

Would not book a viewing for a flat without first making me come to their office to push their own morgage advisor who comes with a £599 price tag. They said that this was due to them recieving too many "time-wasters".

Was informed i would receive a refund of my holding fee from the plymouth branch for a property that was taken off the market. Have still not received this a MONTH later and am stuck in a loop of the branch blaming the accounts department and vice versa. Also have been informed that i am only due a partial refund even though i never received any services from them. Do not trust.

The worst Agency to deal with was running late to meeting that was arranged only 20mins prior to me leaving and this is at peak traffic, the guy was so rude because I was going to be late, would not let me speak kept talking to me how bad I am. Worst Agency ever will never sell or buy through them ever

Phoned twice to obtain information on a property they are marketing. No information received. The property is being sold by their online auction house who they blamed for poor service. As I have a large rental portfolio and am a cash buyer I have now left a note for the owner at the property to contact me directly.

Awful communicationBooked viewing in person but then 8 minutes before the confirmed time another email arrived to say that this would be a Desk Top Valuation - meaning agent would not even attend the property to view. What a waste of time!!!

Absolute waste of time. Pressured into using in house and when we didn’t went with another buyer!! Got all our paperwork sorted for nothing!! Used the Cannock branch and would never use them again if we didn’t have to, and certainly wouldn’t use them to sell my property. Let down massively. Messed around. Never got back to us we were always calling them.

Got to be the worst surveyors I’ve ever dealt with. When I apply for a mortgage this embarrassment are always the ones who ruin the process. They don’t value the flat, they value the street with their eyes closed. Anyone could do their job. Hopeless. They’ve obviously got a cheap contract with these mortgages companies, to save mortgage companies from paying the full loan to value.

There are bunch of crooks liar We had three valuation they’re all pretty much was on the similar price when these guys come to do your survey for my flat don’t lie to the lender so please if you have these guys to come to do a survey told to F off because it will let you down they are racist and rude.

DO NOT USE.After agreeing to let a property to me, they phone 1-week before the move-in date to inform me that they have let it to someone else, despite my having paid the 'holding deposit'. To make matters worse the agent giggled down the phone as she informed me that I was a week from homelessness.Evidently the holding deposit is worthless and offers a tenant no security.

There survey report was rubbish and full of assumptions rather than facts. Since moving into the property we have serious issues which should have been reported.There lack of response speaks volumes.I have a brain tumour and advised not to get into stressfull situations alas they have made my heath worse. I have complained to RICS and I suggest others do the same.

GoogleLovely firm. Sue Selby met us and took really care and time to chat about the properties and how they would suit our wants/needs. Really appreciated the time she put in to chatting with us and making sure we fitted the location and location was right for us. Would highly recommend.

Trustpilot9 months and counting with leaking shower
Waited and still waiting for 9 months now for a leaking shower to be fixed. Currently had approx 5 different plumbers “try” to fix it with no joy. Had to fight for about the same time to get hold of our landlords to make them away of how they are wasting their money paying these people to “manage” their property. We have actually started fixing other problems ourselves.

GoogleQuite possibly the worst tinpot company I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had a problem with a property, and was threatened with court action if I requested a second opinion on there refusal to meet there LEGAL requirements. Major problems with the property from day 1. You’d be better off living in a shop doorway, than using these people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Wow just reading some of these reviews glad were having nothing to do with them!Total lack of communication! Viewed a property said would ring us to let us know the outcome we had it, next thing we see is Let agreed on picture m, not even a courtesy phone call telling us!

I never have received such bad services ever! I have terminated my tenancy contract on May 14 and now is June 19th and they still didn't hear back from them!!! I have sent 8 emails in total and so far I get an automatic email! this is acceptable and I have already reach out to Justice for tenance to help to terminate the contract!

I’m currently renting from them and they’re all about business and could care less about me once they have bond you to a contract. They did not contact me during or after the pandemic. If they can find a loophole to charge fees, delay repairs or evict you when you are the most vulnerable they will try. We just received notice to leave.

If I could give this company less than one star I would.Rude awkward surveyor came around and made it painstakingly obvious he was doing to do his best to get my buyers mortgage declined based on a slightly higher than average service charge (it’s a grade listed building with great amenities) ... and succeeded.If anyone from NatWest is reading... chuck these guys ASAP!
