I was forced to pay two months' rent and there were 20 people who visited the house!!! leaving the house with notice and I was made to pay for things that were already damaged in the house... be careful with this company and do everything, detailed pictures of everything!!!

In response to your review, you were in a fixed term AST and we’re contracted to give two months notice. The landlord kindly agreed you could leave early if a tenant was found that could move in and release you earlier but unfortunately referencing took longer than anyone hoped.
With regards to your deposit, we have no say in any claims, this is all down to the landlord and we have to submit this on their behalf. The lettings team have advised that you are able to disagree with any claim if you do not agree and this will go through the adjudication process with the TDS.

The reason we ask questions when registering a client is to understand exactly what it is you require to ensure you are viewing the very best property that suits you. Also to ensure the budget you are looking at is the correct amount etc..
Being an investor yourself you’ll understand how important it is to find a property with the best yield and capital growth, and we often have a list of properties off market we could introduce you to once we understand exactly what it is you want.
