I booked this the day before for my job interview so I needed an office space with good internet.. I got there at quarter to 4pm and was at reception by 10min to 4pm, no one was available at reception. There was a notice board to say that we should ring the number on there. As seen on the screenshot below, I did call, MANY times and nobody picked up!! Therefore I didn’t get checked in, thus I didn’t make use of the booking/ office space and as such I couldn’t do my scheduled interview which was the whole point of the booking! I’m really disappointed as it complicated my interview & I ended up not getting the job. Not only is the service disgusting! They also charged me >£17 whereas when I made the booking it was £14 something! It has been a nightmare since trying to get my money back as I clearly did not use their services? The service is extremely ridiculous, how can reception NOT be manned? How are people supposed to be checked in and get keys for their booked spaces/ offices? I have been in constant communication with the customer service to get a refund but I’m more likely to get blood out of a stone instead. I Cannot recommend them based on my experience. A business is a business, and if they don’t prioritise or their clients and their business needs, then what is the point?

I booked an office at short notice and it was not a problem. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the office was clean and comfortable. They do have there own parking behind the building in a multistory car park. The experience was so good I have recomended this location to my head office for future training and meetings. I look forward to using the office again.

Do not use as a virtual office! Service started out ok, then they implemented a silly rule of short specific time slots on only a few days that you are allowed to collect your post. Unfortunately this did not work for us and when I raised it with Regus they basically told me tough luck. Requested to cancel our contract (3 months before it was due to expire), but because I requested to cancel via email and not through the online system, they declined my request and renewed the contract for another year, despite me still being within my timeframe to cancel and despite the fact the service received from them was sub-standard and I no longer wanted to be a customer following the implementation of their new postal collection rules- which is not what we signed up for. I'm now having a real nightmare trying to cancel our contract and wish we never got into contract with them if the first place. They seem to have no care for the customer service they provide and are more interested in taking your money!
