GoogleWe recently had to rent for 6 months in order to do a rebuild on an old house. We found Martin & Co so delightful in their approach. Firstly they found us a property that worked, and this was because they listened. Secondly they made the entire process easy, not simple because renting isn't simple. Not everything went right in the property it had its issues, but and this is the best bit when I asked for repairs or help it was forthcoming and again easy processes and with kindness.
All the staff here have been helpful but a big shout out to Leanne and Amina who went the extra mile in professionalism coupled with helpfulness and kindness. Well done Martin & Co

GoogleWe had a bad experience very unprofessional had no communication unless we kept emailing we would go unanswered for weeks. Myself and FiancΓ© was left to live with black mould for three months they did nothing to try and resolve the issue. Tried to keep most of our deposit for our flat, even though when we moved into the property, it was absolutely disgusting and we had to use multiple bottles of bleach to even get it slightly better. Wonβt be renting a property from them again

GoogleUpdating review after 5 years of renting a flat via Martin and Co. It has been hassle free throughout, agents are very quick to respond and answer my concerns quick whenever I had any. I have had a very positive interaction with Michael Campbell who is always patient with my requests:) I have moved out of the said property and procedure was hassle-free too. They were fair in assessment of property post vacating, very respectful during viewings with new prospective tenants. GoogleThe best estate agents I have ever rented a property from. When I first started renting I was in a extremely distressed situation caused by previous property. Martin & Co have reassured me and any issues that I have encountered have been managed and handled quickly. All issues that I came across were natural such as plumbing&electricity or for example today my smoke alarm battery is low, these issues tend to be resolved by the time I get home from work, i find really amazing and its appreciated. Even when I moved in they let me paint the property white so I could take care of it and it feels like my own home! Thank you to Michael Campbell and his colleagues for prioritising their tenants and taking care of me whenever I have needed the help

GoogleAs someone who just moved to the UK, i really was wary of the whole renting process and the paperwork involved and the more i read about it, the more i dreaded it. When i had a chat about it with Mr. Michael Campbell, he explained it all and promised me he would make it very easy and simple, and that he truly did.
