If any one is thinking of moving house and wants a professional, efficient and friendly service with excellent attention to detail through out the process I could not recommend Rich Poole from Lion Estates - Keller Williams highly enough. I have just recently moved to the area having completed on my property this week after two previous fallen through chains. I went on the market with two so called big Estate Agents and this was a huge mistake. They weren’t interested in looking after the process for me properly, I felt like just another number to them and my house took months to sell. I changed agents to Rich at Lion Estates Leighton Buzzard and he sold my house on the very first viewing. Rich offers a first class service and what makes him stand out from the rest of these agents is that he truly cares about his clients, his customer service is second to none and he goes above and behind as and when is required. Dom is just ridiculously good at his job. Not just his ability to secure a sale, but his professionalism, communication style, passion for the areas in which he is selling and the way he goes totally above and beyond to help his clients. I've just exchanged with his help and I've never been happier for somebody to be paid for what they've done - he completely earns it. My sale was tricky for a variety of reasons and Dom was constantly putting forward suggestions to boost my chances and everything he did paid off.
