I’ve got to say, this has been the best experience I’ve ever had when selling a house, especially during such a stressful time. They went above and beyond to make sure the sale went through as efficiently as possible, with the least amount of stress for us. Mia was excellent throughout, her advertising of the property, her advice when the house had been on the market for a period (due to us initially asking to have the asking price too high against their advice), and her guidance when reevaluating the next steps to gain more interest and secure a sale after this. Even after the sale was agreed, essentially when her job could have been considered done, she was always there when needed, whether it was popping to the property to collect mail or arranging a second viewing just before completion. The company as a whole has a genuinely good feel to it. You don’t feel like just another number, it’s clear that your personal needs matter to them. I would highly recommend them and fully trust their advice for any future sales or purchases.

He sold the house to us on the first viewing showing his passion, honesty, and attention to detail gave us great confidence in our choice. Had a smooth experience as a first time buyer with lion estates. I think it was about a 3/4 month timeline from first viewing to completion for a flat. Went with their recommended solicitors - Premier Solicitors who were also fantastic and got things done quickly. I worked with Adam and he was friendly, made everything straightforward, super quick to reply and I was also kept in the loop by the progression team. Super efficient and I’d definitely recommend Lion Estates.
