The best part for me was the quick and painless checkout. I cleaned the flat as requested and received my full deposit back, which as a tenant is a huge relief! GooglePoor service by Paul from these lettings. I was late by 13 mins, since I was traveling from Derby got late. Neither they called nor let me know they were leaving. Poor quality response saying he left at 4.15pm for another property viewing at 4.30pm, which cannot be true since I arrived at 4.13pm, not recommending them due their unprofessionalism.
