It took 5 weeks from start to finish and we couldn't fault the knowledge, professionalism and expert

We worked with both Barry and Craig and both were efficient and a pleasure to work with. Although we completed our sale over 3 months ago they continue to support us on our purchase which hasn't been as smooth due to reasons out of the other estate agents control. I would defiantly recommend Atkey Sharpe to all friends and family and should we be moving again in the future they will be the company we will turn too again.

Could have been better

I find Craig and Barry very good and very knowledgable of the local market. The property sold fairly quickly and we achieved about the price I was looking for, so I thank them for that. The one downside was the buyers and their Solicitors though Craig and Barry cannot be held accountable for that. All in all a good outcome, though my overall rating has to reflect the overall experience. John

Efficient and Personable

Barry and Craig where extremely helpful. We had problem with our buyers solicitors and Craig was happy to keep chasing when needed. We would and do recommend Astley Sharpe to everyone we know who is thinking about moving home. .

excellent service

We used Astley Sharpe to sell two properties to enable us to buy a new house. They are extremely professional and very personable. They are always there to help and really help push the sales through. They are always there to advise us and help us with any queries we have. You can always get hold of them and they always come back to you straight away. We would definitely recommend them and if we ever sell again will be using their services. Thank you so much for all your help you have been amazing
