Excellent service from an attentive team. I was having a nightmare with the my solicitors, as I was trying to finalise the purchase of my house, but had Annette and the team bending over backwards to see it through.... no thanks to my grossly negligent solicitor. Annette had the entire office of three floors drop whatever they were doing if I made a call to them, and was desperate to make sure everyone involved in the transaction was well informed of anything going on, and seemed to have real compassion for her vendors. If I find myself in the need of an agent again, I would be looking for Annette and co, at fletchers.
