FacebookI would definitely recommend Philip and Paul at Manor & Mill. The whole selling process was made very straight forward and very smooth and every single detail was covered. The photo’s that Paul took for the advert were amazing and Philip did a great job with the viewing’s. I would like to wish Manor and Mill the best for the future.

GoogleFrom reading the reviews on the Manor & Mill website we felt that Manor & Mill would be the best Estate Agent to use to market our property. Unfortunately we did not receive the same level of customer service that everyone else did receive so unfortunately we would not recommend them.

As you noted in your original complaint, the marketing of your property was handled to a high standard, resulting in a successful Sale Agreed outcome. Unfortunately, a third-party homebuyer’s report, conducted independently and unconnected to M&M, led your buyer to withdraw from the sale. While disappointing, this was beyond our control. In accordance with the guidance of the Property Redress Scheme, we pursued an early resolution to the matter you raised. However, as documented, we did not receive a response from you regarding this offer, and the case is now closed to our satisfaction and that of the PRS. GoogleManor and Mill provided their services and they more than exceeded my expectations. I needed to sell my house quickly due to an offer that I had made on another property. Paul was very flexible with times that suited us to call over to take the necessary photos. He made suggestions for what was important to have ready for the photo day. On arrival he arranged some furniture etc to best show the house. He also had a drone to gain some perspective of the property. The photos were of the highest standard I've seen on property pal even with all the trawling I've done over the years. Philip was the front man for me. He was great to communicate with. Phone calls and e mail etc. He kept me up to speed with the sales process and was more than accomodating when it came to viewings considering both my schedule and those of the viewers. Philip is such a genuine person and it was a huge relief to have someone like that on my side in what turned out to be a very stressful and long process. Philip secured several offers for our property. Not without its own complications. But his clear communications kept everyone involved reassured of the goings on. My purchase caused many problems. I agreed to buy my new property at a time of market turmoil....the mini budget was announced which resulted in a huge hike of the mortgage interest rates. Among other issues when buying a property with land attached. Without Philip fighting our corner I believe we would have lost our sale due to the length of time the purchase was taking and the chain would have came crashing down and I would have not have been able to buy the house I'm currently in. I can't thank Manor and Mill more for all their hard work and dedication. They are a stand out team.

GoogleBrilliant service was constantly on the phone with updates and when it come to the viewing philip was the best about letting us freely walk around and give us some advice along the way and so glad we seen our lovely home now and been in here nearly a year now and only getting around to doing this but manor and mill is the place to go .. ps thanks for our lovely home .

Google5 stars is not enough praise for the service we received from Philip at Manor and Mill. He went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating, showing us a property on short notice and in the evening, when other estate agents couldn’t even be bothered to return our calls and weren’t interested in booking a viewing if we couldn’t make open houses. If you are selling your home, or looking for a new one, don’t hesitate to use this company, we will certainly do so if we have anything to sell in the future. Their commitment to customers is second to none and over the last 40 years I’ve had experience of numerous companies throughout the Uk.
