It's very difficult to put into words how grateful we are to Manor and Mill. They literally found us our dream home and made the sale of our home a walk in the park. Philip is an absolute joy to work with, he was there every step of the way and kept in regular contact, even helped by chasing things along with solicitors. We would recommend Philip & Paul to anyone selling their home. They did a really professional job from start to finish, and their set fee was extremely reasonable compared to other estate agents quotes. The photos and floor plan showed our property in its best light and viewings where planned to suit us and our young baby’s schedule as much as possible. Even after our sale had been agreed the guys kept in regular contact with us and the buyers. The whole process was simple and stress free from start to finish. If we ever move again I wouldn’t go to anyone else to sell our house.

We decided to put our house on the market with Manor and Mill 2 weeks before I was due to give birth. From the first phonecall Paul and Philip were both very understanding of our situation. They arranged viewings when it suited us and always kept in regular contact when offers were made on the house. Their thoughtful was shown even more when they brought a gift around for our new little arrival. Both Paul and Philip were always easy to contact and were quick to respond with any queries. If I was to sell a house again I wouldn’t use anyone else. Thank you Manor and Mill for helping the sale run smoothly.
