Hello, we are Lee and Sandra Devenish, your local award-winning local EweMove Estate Agents. We have lived in the Mildenhall area for nearly 10 years now and have made it our forever home. We love living in Suffolk and opened EweMove Mildenhall to offer the local community a quality choice for their sales and lettings requirements across the area we cover. We want to disrupt the current local market, by always focusing on excellent customer service and outstanding communication to our Vendors, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants. We are both very passionate about doing what we say we will do and ensuring that whether it’s the sale of your home or a property you want to view or let, the experience is as good as possible. We know that selling your home can be both stressful and emotionally challenging, and we are here for you every step of the way! We truly are different from other Agents too, offering a start-to-finish service, meaning you will deal with us, and only us throughout the whole sale or letting process, from the appraisal to the photographs to accompanied viewings to sale negotiations and beyond. Should you require it, we can also refer you for both conveyancing and mortgage advice through our third-party partners, meaning you can keep everything manageable and in one place. Alongside this, we have a large support team working behind the scenes in this multi-award-winning network. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and if it suits our customers, we will always conduct viewings and appraisals in the evenings and weekends to maximise either the sale or letting of your property. We also offer our Happy Sale Guarantee, a no sale, no fee with NO CONTRACT, meaning if you are not happy with our service you can simply walk away, we are the only Agent in the area to do this too. This offers you complete flexibility and peace of mind, knowing that we will work as hard as we can to provide you with the service you deserve. We have our Happy Landlord guarantee too, if we source a tenant and they do not stay for a minimum of 12 months, we will find a replacement free of charge. Lee is an absolute gent and in addition to this he is perhaps the most knowledgeable chap I’ve ever spoken to regarding buying and selling houses. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Lee was always quick to respond making me feel hugely valued. Should I move house again Ewemove / Lee would be right at the top of my list of contacts.

Lee has and is being very proactive in helping us find a new home, a lot of estate agents we have found are really not interested, and just point you to rightmove and have no intention of helping or following up when you have viewed only sending out an email with 4 questions on. Lee is personable and approachable

We had a great experience with Lee from Ewemove throughout the conveyancing process. Although we had difficulties with both sets of solicitors Lee was in constant communication with the solicitors and pushing for updates and trying to resolve problems. Couldn’t have asked much more from an estate agents and highly recommend Ewemove for their friendly service and determined approach!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND We were with another Estate Agent, with no joy after moving over to Lee, we had a buyer. Communication all the way through really helped with the process, needed some work done, again Lee sorted this for us. If you are thinking of selling, Lee is definitely the way to go, couldn't be happy with the service.
