A massive thank you to Townbridge Estate Agents and especcially to April Clark for making our first property purchase in the UK such a smooth and stress-free experience. From start to finish, April was incredibly responsive, always getting back to us immediately and keeping us in the loop at every stage. What we noticed is that the team truly cares about the seller's property - April was so respectful during viewings and clearly knew the homes the agency is selling inside and out. If April couldn’t answer our questions right away she came back to us later proving the requested information. April is very delicate, not pushy at all, we felt really comfortable with her. We honestly can’t recommend Townbridge Estate Agents enough - professional, proactive, and simply nice people.

The service we've had from Townbridge has been exceptional. Seeing as they were our sellers estate agents and not ours, they went above and beyond to make sure we ended up with our forever home. What was meant to be a quick and easy purchase didn't quite go that way. But with the help from April, and Geroge going above and beyond we got there! All the team are friendly, helpful and orgainsed. Nearer the end of the process I was speaking to George virtually every day, and never once did he show his frustation for all my calls, acting professional and friendly at all times, as well as being proactive and assertive to get to the point of completion. Carl and the team went above and beyond for us, they were truly brilliant from the moment we gave them an initial call to completing the sale. Our sale wasn’t exactly straight forward but Carl and the team were amazing, they thought outside the box and championed getting everything moving as quickly as they could. I honestly couldn’t recommend Townbridge enough, they always kept us informed of everything, helped with any and all questions and gave us so much support and advice. Outstanding service from start to finish. Very patient and client focussed. Went above and beyond to not only find properties to suit my specific requirements but to find me genuine potential buyers. The marketing of my house was excellent. The pictures were amazing and my house was sold after the first viewing day and the house I wanted secured. Highly knowledgeable and professional. I felt in safe hands throughout and was kept informed of progress. Solicitors were chased to progress the sale/purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Townbridge and would absolutely instruct them if I were to sell again in the future. Lovely caring bunch of people. Highly Recommended! Town Bridge estate agents are a local family run business that offer exceptional property marketing and customer service. As a marketeer myself it's hard to find services that live up to your own high standards - but these guys are impressive! You only have to look at the presentation of their properties online to see they stand out from the rest. From pre-sale social media teasers through to 360 Imagery and video and good descriptive information - they really do go the extra mile on presentation. Even on the day they came to take pictures of the property, they did all the lifting and carrying to ensure they captured the property in it's very best light. Rather than traditional individual viewings, we were advised to run an open house for the weekend, this ensured we had the convenience of viewings completed in a shorter period without disrupting our working week. It certainly paid off - we had multiple offers and sold within the week. Highly recommended and a huge thank you to Ian, Carl, and the team for all their hard work - I was truly impressed!

George Reed especially went above and beyond, offering a complete service and support, any queries I had were dealt with quickly and thoroughly. George helped to ensure everything went smoothly from the sellers side, he also helped on the completion day by sending keys to the property, to save me driving back over to collect them. George and Ian also called over the day after moving in, to check everything was OK. They were a pleasure to deal with and made what could have been a stressful process straight forward.
