I cannot recommend property pal mortgages enough. From first buying my house two years ago to renewing my mortgage this year. They have been helpful, informative and patient through the whole process. I am a bit clueless when it comes to this sort of thing and they have explained everything in great detail. The whole thing couldn't have been simpler and I was kept in the loop with everything.

Great service from the initial phone call with Connor when applying for the Mortgage In Principle right through to when Laura sent in our full mortgage application. Couldn't have went any smoother and we got our offer back in around 5 working days which included the Easter holidays. Didn't even have time to be stressed about anything as the whole process flew by. Would highly recommend.

I did everything through PropertyPal and I'm so glad I did. I found the property I wanted on their app, then got my mortgage pre-approval and later my full mortgage offer all within 4 weeks. I was a first-time buyer, but they made everything so easy for me. They arranged a Google Meet appointment were we discussed the full extent of the mortgage for the property I was purchasing. We also went through all the available brokers to find the best deal at the time. They even set me up with a great solicitor to deal with the legal side of the purchase. All-in-all, I have no faults to speak of. They were effective, fast and always got back to my queries quickly, not to mention sorting everything out for me. I cannot recommend PropertyPal enough! ☆☆☆☆☆

The best mortgage experience I have had yet, even through this pandemic ! Propertypal mortgages kept in touch constantly every step of the way, my case wasn't straight forward but Damien got things sorted and even when I had to find another house and restart the process he was on it !!! I cant thank them enough, good advice, friendly and super efficient ! brilliant !!

The mortgage and insurance advisors are honest, friendly and will do their best to get you a good deal and explain the policies. When switching policies the process has been straightforward to and their handling of paperwork and communication is excellent. Highly recommend!
