From the outset engaging with Auction House was a positive experience. Mark Willett's video overview was very helpful and when we viewed the property with him, he willingly shared any market knowledge that he felt would be helpful. The auction itself was conducted fairly and professionally. After we won the bid, Mark Willett continued to be supportive in helping us form a connection with a representative from the seller, He also ensured the keys reached us in a timely fashion.

I have never auction a house before, and I had no idea where to start. Gary from Auction House was amazing, he explained everything and was available 24/7 to answer any questions I might have. Gary dealt with all the viewings and gave immediate feedback. Gary helped me to find a conveyancing solicitor which has helped everything to run smoothly.I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and I would use their service again. Tracy Austin dealt with the sale of my property. The initial meeting, in December 2020, went well and information was exchanged. Tracy advised my of a good solicitor to use and this was very helpful. The viewings were organised by Tracy with one of my tenants who was prepared to let her in and open up all the flats for inspection. I cannot make comment on these visits as I was not present The property did not reach the reserve price on the day but Tracy Austin, I believe, made every effort to contact bidders who had not been successful in purchasing other properties in that same auction. She then managed to secure an out of auction buyer by the Friday and had secured a deposit on that same day! This was £5,000.00 below Reserve but is the price I had previously agreed for the auctioneer to accept I was very pleased to have made a sale and I now hope that I will hear from Tracy that the sale has been successfully finalised this coming Friday 23rd April 2021

Used Auction House (South Yorkshire) for our very first Joint Venture purchase about 9 months ago. We have since created a significant portfolio exclusively through Auction House. Why ? Our experiences have been hugely positive; great, friendly, knowledgeable representatives with ongoing customer service well beyond the fall of the virtual gavel. We now enjoy proactive engagement from auction valuer Mr SH who I would describe as our CRM. If as a potential purchaser your perception of an auction buy is “ high risk” think again. The service from Auction House surpassed that of traditional agents whilst we were conducting due diligence, with ongoing support post sale and post completion. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks Auction House.

Going to Auction has a reputation a little like going out to sea in a small dingy without a paddle...that is unless you are lucky enough to have been introduced to Anglia Auctions UK and have the added benefit of being dealt with by one of the UK's most open, honest, intelligent and instinctive auctioneers - Bryan Baxter. l felt absolutely confident and secure with Mr Baxter's advise and suggestions throughout the entire process. When he finally struck the hammer down, the sale price was way beyond what we had hoped for, illustrating that there was no bigging up of potential, that experience proves to be far more valuable and effective than misleading sales jargon and hyper promises, and that auctions can change life for the better without the arduous relationships and usually over-priced charges of estate agents. Couldn't be happier. Would definitely return to Anglia Auctions and most certainly to Brian Baxter when the time arises.
