David and his team were friendly, approachable and professional throughout the entire process and were always happy to answer my very frequent questions. Elliott was absolutely excellent at conducting our viewings and his positive attitude definitely helped to sell our house during the first day! Cailean was excellent and made up for the short comings of certain other staff members within the branch. He was responsive, conscientious, helpful and also went above and beyond to try and help us escalate enquiries that weren't his direct responsibility. Amazing experenice start to finish, we left our contract early, they timed us leaving with the new teants almost semesley and throughout our contract were extremely helpful and quick to get back to us. Cubitt & West did a great job on selling our house. The staff are all super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Once we had our buyer, the exchange and completion process was handed to their Senior Sales Progressor Julie Bramble. Now this woman is absolutely amazing and works tirelessly to keep a chain together and make sure everyone has a good outcome. Our sale and purchase was particularly complicated, but Julie was with us every step of the way and went beyond the call of duty to make things happen. She’s amazing and deserves a big bonus! I put my property on the market with Cubitt & West in Cranleigh in November 2020 having had a wonderful experience with them trying to help me buy a few years prior. Kerry-Ann has been wonderful the whole way through checking in and updating when possible. Very friendly, helpful and approachable along with Ross. We sold our house via the Haywards Heath branch of Cubbit and West.David and his team ( Gemma and Rebecca) were brilliant, professional and efficient. From our initial meeting they demonstrated how quickly they could get our property out to many many people. The process from our first meeting, to photos to online, viewings and then being sold was incredibly quick. Our house sold after the first open day of viewings. From complete chain to moving day was 12 weeks and 1 day. Veronica at the Haywards Heath branch was brilliant. She worked super hard to help us, and we are very grateful. Thank you Veronica. This was a long process Karen and the team helped to coordinate the solicitors and push information through. The solicitors were very poor on both sides not responding to emails or phone calls not asking the correct questions and were poor at understanding the issues with the sell. Karen helped to keep the pressure on and escalating when needed and finally helping to get this sell to completion. Karen was very helpful and polite.

I have recently exchanged on a property I'm buying through Cubitt and West Southsea. Right from the start the team were extremely helpful without being overly pushy about added extras like a lot of other companies I viewed properties with. Ed, Andy and Julie Bramble all helped me at different stages, even helping me find another suitable property when the first seller pulled out of the sale. There was clear, prompt communication throughout and they were realistic about managing expectations. If I ever need to sell (or buy another property.. Hopefully not too soon!) then I would look to do this through C&W.

I cannot fault the service from Cubitt and West at all. I was unhappy with my previous estate agent and Cubitt and West were able to help with more viewings and generally making my home as attractive as possible. The conveyancing wasn't always straight forward but Julie Bramble was amazing chasing agents and conveyancers and keeping in regular contact. The whole company were amazing but Julie went even more above and beyond. I'm so happy with my service

THERE WAS A CONSTANT REMINDERS AND UPDATES FROM THE LET AGENTS/ REPRESENTATIVES DESPITE THE BEREAUCRATIC AND CUMBERSOMENESS OF THE RENTAL PROCESS AND PROCEDUCERS THOUGH I UNDERSTAND ITS PART OF THE PROCESS AND A FORMALITY AS A LEGAL PROCEDURE. THEN THE DIFFICULT BIT WAS THE POSTPONEMENT OF THE MOVE IN HANDING OVER OF THE KEY WHICH I UNDERSTAND WAS UNINTENTIONAL AND AGAIN WAS DUE TO MAINTENANCE WORKS TO GET THE PLACE READY FOR OUR HABITATION.IN SHORT THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN QUIET INTERESTING AND A LEARNING PROCESS KNOWING ABOUT FLAT FAIT , CUBITT AND WEST ETC .
