GoogleNot a reflection on Scoffield Stone but our sale and purchase was not an easy ride, made more difficult by our buyer. On reflection I feel the Scottish system is more “fit for purpose” by honouring an initial bid/missive and being held accountable for this, rather than hoping a bid under the English system is a gentleman’s offer and binding which in our case, was sadly not. Scoffield Stone did support us along the way in order to iron our several issues and we would use them again bearing in mind the knowledge we have now accumulated along our journey. GoogleSally and Lisa have both been so friendly, responsive and helpful since I moved into the property a few weeks ago. The shower was leaking and they had a plumber out in less than 24 hours and it was fixed on the spot. Thanks ladies!

GoogleNot a bad estate agents as they go, but they need constant pushing to get things done..it's a 'If you don't contact them, they don't contact you' scenario. Selling on Mickleover Manor we thought they would know it's querks..but they didn't. We felt we could have done better ourselves..next time we will.

GoogleIf a could give 0 stars I would. Was supposed to have someone come round the house yesterday... waited in all day, nobody showed up. No phone call, no email. Terrible, terrible service.
Hi Jamie, you are absolutely correct, we WERE due at 2.30pm yesterday. I currently don't know why the inspector didn't make the appointment and am investigating this. They will be in touch directly to discuss this with you. I would ask though, as this is a first event, that you give us a little benefit of the doubt.
