GoogleVikki Tingle was absolutely brilliant when helping me with my moving process. Vikki kept me updated at every step of the process and was kind and patient when discussing all the information. Vikki definitely made the whole process a lot more enjoyable and I can not thank her enough for all her help and support during this process!!!

GoogleHelpful, professional, available, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable advice from the whole team. As first time buyers, Harry walked us through the process, keeping us informed at every stage and remaining patient, despite delays from our solicitor. We were openly dubious as we had been previously lied to and let down by a different company but since working with Bacon and Co we have learned that good, honest estate agents do exist! Highly recommend from a buyers perspective and will certainly be asking them to sell for us in the future.

GoogleThis is our second time using Beecroft in Mexborough, and both times have been incredible experiences. Vikki has been wonderful, friendly and so helpful. We were really pushed for time to find a property and she helped us find one and get the paperwork sorted faster than I thought was possible! Linda, who I believe is the branch manager is also wonderful, when we left our first property from Beecroft, she rang us thanking us for leaving it in good condition. It makes such a difference having such friendly helpful agents to talk to. Vikki always replies to my emails almost immediately during working hours which is so helpful. Thank you so much for helping us find somewhere to live! Would absolutely recommend Beecroft in Mexborough to anyone looking for an estate agent to rent from.

GoogleVikky was wonderful from the beginning she made us feel welcome and told us exactly what was happening every step of the way. Email and WhatsApp communication were very good! She also helped tremendously by helping us move straight away! We even received a welcome to your new home card from her, which we thought was a really nice gesture! GoogleBacon & Co's Harry Moreland handled our house purchase - so was not even officially our agent - but nonetheless conducted himself with efficiency and courtesy over the few months from our initial viewing to eventual purchase. I recommend him and the firm wholeheartedly. Notably, he never required chasing, instead updating us on a regular basis as to the progress of the transaction.

GoogleBeecroft were great in helping us find a house. Lynda was amazing in showing us properties in the area we were looking at and was quick to reply to questions regarding the application process. Jo has been a great help and is excellent for contacting with questions and following up queries with the landlord. All round was a great experience in finding, viewing and applying for the property.
