GoogleBe aware from this Agency, they will rent you a property where the bills arent paid from before, and will use your passport and personal details to register the debt in your name. And after 6 months ignoring will call a debt agency to collect the debt that hasnt been yours to begin with. Especially Polly, be aware of her. Never rent from this Agency, if i had legal knowledge and connections they would be locked up by now

Dear Kukak.
It seems that your review is not an actual true reflection on what may have happened. It sounds you may have been a tenant and was not actually paying your utility bills and when you vacated there was an outstanding bill due for your period. Also, what you have said about debt collectors and W&D passing your info on to 3rd parties as this info would have been passed by your utility provider as a customer of theirs. Your review is not true, and the only issue here is that you decided not to pay bills and you was then charged by the provider when you left.

GoogleStay away from them!
They will look for any opportunities to change contract terms so they can get more money! Don't do the 6 months contract as they will increase the rent with next opportunities !
They don't do repairs!
I will attach proofs of council visit and Category 1&2 hazard found of property!
They will use your name to add old debts from gas and electricity!
They will harras you if you complain to them and serve you quickly eviction notice!
Take them to court call the council to visit the flat if you have issue at the property!
Make them pay!

GoogleI am currently helping my friend try to get his deposit back from these people over a rental that constantly had problems with mould. One of his flat mates left the property because of it and despite asking them to fix the problem they simply choose a temporary fix, the mould returned. When my friend was forced to move out they decided to attempt to keep his deposit. We are now having to go to a solicitors to get his deposit back. Pics will be uploaded shortly.

GoogleWebster and Darby were ‘managing’ the letting of our house. We would get less income than expected (in one month no income) without them telling us why in advance. Even standard paperwork like monthly statements were impossible to get hold of. Workmanship for getting things fixed was terrible resulting in things having to be done twice and leaving things unfinished & in some cases dangerous. We risked losing good tenants who were so frustrated they considered going to the ombudsman. Stay away

I have fairly low expectations of letting agencies and yet Webster and Darby still managed to constantly surprise me with how unprofessional, incompetent and rude they were. They truly seem to have no concern for the safety or comfort of their tenants. Stay away if at all possible.
