We recently purchased our own house, which is the only reason we're saying goodbye to NMC after 4 years. Having rented properties for more than 30 years both in Australia and London, I can say without a doubt that Nairn and Kerrin are the best agents I've ever rented through. The owners of the property were also fantastic, anything needing repair or replacement was authorised really quickly and the work done. I hope the next people are great tenants and appreciate how good they have it! Thanks Nairn and Kerrin, keep up the amazing work :)

Kerrin and Nairn made renting out our house straightforward and as stress-free as it could be. They found us lovely tenants very quickly, maintained good communication with us, and have an excellent network of local service providers for maintenance/repairs, who work to a high standard at competitive rates, so we didn't need to worry about house maintenance. They have years of experience with renting properties and are honest and helpful with their advice. Thank you Kerrin and Nairn!

We recently rented a property with NMC on a short-term let. Kerrin and Nairn were professional, friendly and efficient throughout the time we were with them. They always replied to emails in a timely fashion and were supportive and helpful during both the moving in and moving out process. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent in the area.

NMC have managed a flat let for us in London for about 3 years and we have found Nairn and Kerrin to be really great managing agents for property ..... professional, hands-on and have line-up of good professionals such as plumbers, electricians, heating engineers. Always available and very professional interaction with tenants and ourselves as landlords. Responsive and don't get phased by any event. We would highly recommend to any landlord !

I must say that NMC Agency has been great to deal with from the start and during my tenancy. Kerrin and Nairn have been responsive, informative, friendly and whoever came to fix something in the house, were professionals and really friendly guys too. We never waited long for something to be fixed and if there was a time, we were informed regularly as what the reasons are. Highly recommend and thank you!

Nairn provides an excellent and highly professional service. If we ever had any issues, for example heating, gas, maintenance of any sort, even if it was minor, we were guaranteed to have it all sorted within a few days. Nairn is also friendly, helpful and great to deal with.

You hear of a lot of bad stories about dealing with agents, so when I started dealing with agents for my first rental experience, I was quite worried. However dealing with NMC was a great experience. Very clear and straightforward process and constant help from both Kerrin and Nairn who manage the agency. They have a great system for reporting problems on the property which allows them to be on the case straight away, and can't do enough to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Highly recommend NMC!

A lovely family-run company that truly buck the trend of the usual estate agent 'experience'. We rented through NMC for two years and can honestly say they are by far the best agents we've dealt with - after several poor (usual?) experiences with other agents, we were quite surprised by their timely responses, willingness to help and general all-round friendliness - all of which continued throughout our tenancy. I would highly recommend this company to any prospective tenant am gutted to no longer be renting through them.

Great Estate Agents! If we ever had a problem during our tenancy, they provided quick response and support. We experienced no challenges whilst at the property and they provided great guidance to help us set up everything at the start of the tenancy and at the end. Would definitely recommend.

This is a FAKE review. We have asked Google My Business to remove this but they refuse to as it does not fall into its policy 'reason for removing', which in itself is a shame. Here is what we posted straight after this review was added, but have had no response. "Hi Gabriel. We are sorry you have received such a poor experience, but we are not aware of any communication or relationship between yourself and us. Please contact or respond to us ASAP. We don't believe you have posted this review under the correct Agent but very much happy to discuss further so we can clarify. NMC Estate Agent"
