Very unsure about this company bought a new build from them paid deposit last NOVEMBER after being told on the day that the houses were at roof level and be ready to move into in June. We are now one year later and still no house, surely the seller of the house should be able to tell the buyers when it should be completed. Had I known I would be a year waiting I never would have purchased the house.

GoogleKnight Frank Wimbledon Branch helped us to buy our beautiful 4 Bed Semi Detached house in Southfields in October 2018. We were in a chain and as in many cases the deal was not a very straightforward one. Dominic did a fantastic job managing the process and we would not be here if it was not for him. He is very clear, professional and has great personality turning stressful situations into a productive one. Special thanks to Harriet as she was the first showing us the property. Lovely person. Highly recommended !

GoogleFrom the get-go Knight Frank (and in particular Tom Cope) were always considerate, efficient and open in their dealings with me selling my property. The pre Brexit market was pretty stagnant but they never lost optimism I would get a sale - which I did within 3 months of putting my property on the market. Given the state of the market at the time that is pretty good going. Tom then meticulously guided me through the process and his colleagues were always available to answer queries also. I cannot recommend them too highly.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Knight Frank Wimbledon. Tom was our main contact and he was superbly efficient and attentive to everything required for the sale. He was personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The rest of the team also supported us and I cannot thank them enough for helping us through the sale. I have been referred to many tax consultants to handle my property tax matters as their fees are cheaper. However , I still stay on with KF Edwin Chan from the tax dept . He is very professional, responsive and efficient in advising on my tax queries . This is particularly important for overseas home owners as we are not familiar with UK tax systems . It’s really nice working with Edwin ;)

GoogleMy wife Sarah and I found Dan Kortland excellent when showing us a property last Saturday morning. He was thoroughly professional, extremely courteous, and he was on time. Although it was the first time that he had visited the property he showed us round in a very thorough way and was very attentive. If he was unable to answer any of our questions, he agreed to find out the answers and relay them back to us, which he did in a timely manner. He paid great attention to detail and ensured that the property was left fully in accordance with how we found it…...made sure the lights were all turned out and the windows were shut etc. In short he was superb. I would recommend him highly to anyone wishing to sell their property…including ours!!
