I had expected to find a lovely flat in southwest London for my family to live in, and a great apartment recommend by Zain who provided almost everything I need not only from the beginning when I was still in Switzerland, even also after arriving in London for the flat, is even better than I had hoped, Zain made an unforgettable memories for me, for my family as well. We have been renting with John Joseph for over two years now and are very satisfied. Zain, our estate agent, is always reachable if we need anything, and has even been supportive in taking a stand when the water heating of our building was repeatedly mismanaged. The agency also uses a simple online portal to report any issues, and whenever we have reported anything, prompt action is taken. Zain also was kind and direct when it came to the process of renting the place (as many others were looking at the same property). We tried to think of anything they could improve on and literally could not think of anything.

When I met Zain for the first time, I knew he was different to other agents I came across recently. His professionalism, good manners, even the way how he dressed for our flat viewing meeting, made me feel I was important as the potential tenant. Being around him is a pleasure, he is very polite and well-spoken man. He was really interested to know more about me, making sure I was the right candidate to present to the landlord - and that tells me, he cares about his client as well. During the flat viewing he was honest about positives sides and also some downsides, I didn't feel pressured to make decision, even though from the beginning I fall in love with the place. I really wanted that flat and I trusted Zain, he was the right person to make my dream came true. Through the whole process the communication was more than perfect, every question I had was answered straight away. During the stressful formal references/credit checking, Zain was available to give me an update at any time. He organised everything quickly and within 2 weeks I was introduced to the landlord as a new tenant of beautiful studio flat in Raynes Park.
